The Eco Carnival was organized by Punggol 21 CCMC and National Environment Agency (NEA) to promote environmental awareness and appreciation among the families residing in Punggol 21 Constituency. Mr Ng Chee Meng, Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, is the Guest of Honour for this event.
Other organizations that participated in the event include: WWF, Food Bank, Tzu Chi Foundation, NTU Earthlink and various primary and secondary school groups.
